There’s some serious overreactions happening in this thread

There’s no way people here went into the series confident we’d go up 2-0. I’m just thankful we stole one on the road and now we shift to Boston

It’s a CelticsStrong game thread, of course there will be overreactions  :police:

When they wake up tomorrow I think people will realize we’re still in the drivers seat…this was a must win game for GS and they played like it. We played like it was a game we could afford to lose.

I think the disappointing thing is that it looked winnable at halftime then we got blown away in the 3rd largely though our own inept play ans turning the ball over. Otherwise it would have been a “palatable loss”

The NBA will make sure this goes to 7- We can win it but the journey wont feel good until the very end.

Woah, who's the bald guy with the beard next to Smart on the bench? He looks like he has a specific set of survival skills.

ben sullivan, assistant coach, born in boston

We needed Big Baby Davis tonight.

No shame in admitting it.

he carried us in 2010 finals those 3 home games, especially games 4 and 5 pounding the lakers down low in both those 2nd half comebacks along with nate helping

Al and Smart complete no-shows all night. Brown was putrid after the first few minutes. Tatum showed up with some of his scoring but did a lot of forcing and bad shots. Everyone else was average to below average, too.
Recovering Joe Skeptic, but inching towards a relapse.

It’s alright. Pistons won G1, then lost G2, then won the next 3 games. Defense wins championships and my confidence in this team isn’t shaken. Let’s go C’s!!!

Theis was fine when he was still athletic. Without it his flaws are more apparent.

Nesmith has really improved his scoring ability from inside the arc.  looking forward to seeing some real improvement from him going into next year
