Tatum 24 years old
Brown 25 years old
Coach 1 year old

FINALS

This is what I'm most excited about.  Neither of the Jays are in their prime, and they're both still getting better.

Yes, it is incredible to think about! Imagine prime brown and tatum in 3 years…

Man I'm so pumped.  Golden State is a beast and the Cs will have to play their best to win.  I expect a different kind of series then with Miami.  The cs length should really give GSW fits but Klay and Curry are a force to be reckoned with.  White vs Poole off the bench will be interesting.  JT/JB vs the splash Brothers.  Can Payton slow down the cs guards.  Can Looney and Draymond outperform Horford and Rob.  Can't want to watch.

Marcus should drive and shoot a floater or look for a shooter in future in similar situations.

Lucky escape.

Wow, so good to be back in finals, but we are going to need to tune up our offense if we wanna win.

Honestly, the 3 misses from long were really difficult to watch.  Had he hit one, which frankly he often does wide open in the 4th, it was game.  But he missed and would have been the cause if C's had lost.  Clutch FTs though.

Really glad for the extra day of rest between each game in the Finals. This team will need that.   Is Rob not healthy or has he been overwhelmed by the intensity of the moment?  Rest big guy - C's need the real Rob in the next series.  If he is the difference maker he can be, C's have a decent chance.

They did it. Edited.  Profanity and masked profanity are against forum rules and may result in discipline. their pants in game 6 then came out, away and won a huge Game 7.

Unbelievable

I HAVE LITERALLY NEVER SEEN A BIGGER IDIOT THAN MARCUS F***ING SMART IN MY LIFE. WHY THE F*** ARE WE LETTING HIM p--- THIS Edited for profanity.  Please do not do it again. GAME AWAY IN THE LAST 2 MINUTES

Yet.... he stepped up with the go-ahead free throws to seal the game for us. We don't win this series or game without Smart.

We win it much easier without Smart.
haven't been a fan of White for the most part, and in this game he made as many bad plays as I think he has all year total, but I would have wanted him in the game for Smart for basically the entire fourth quarter.  I don't think Miami gets that close with White in the game instead of Smart

I guess in hindsight, but he had 3 TOs in limited 1st half minutes, which is why he didn't really play much in the 2nd half. He was literally a negative out there tonight and I'll gladly take Smart's 3rd quarter.

But White did hit a couple 3s, which is great. He usually isn't so shaky out there, so hopefully he will be back to his normal self in the next series.

So glad our team actually gets a few days off now for the first time in who knows how long.

not a fan of Tatum wearing the Kobe arm band.  needs to learn what franchise he plays for
Would it be different if the arm band was black and not purple?

Smart again with the most shots on the team and he still bricked away to keep Miami in this  -- 8-22.   infuriating

... but he was 3rd in assists!!!

He's a terrible floor general.

A lot of those shots were him getting the ball open near the end of the shot clock.  Would have been nice if he made them, but the shots weren’t for the most part bad.  The results were tho.
Yeah, it was lots of open shots. Not bad shot selection, just missing shots he should have made

Going west young men.  Great win and it will be a fun series.

My only issue with Smart's shots is that they didn't go down.  I don't fault him for taking them, with the exception of one possession where he had Al all alone under the rim for a dunk.

But if he's too scared to take wide open shots, then he shouldn't be out there.  He absolutely needs to take those.  We weren't getting much else.  Just wish he'd hit more of them.

completely disagree. smart is the floor general and one of the two  team vets. he should have understood the context of the moment: under two minutes with the lead and in the bonus called for drives to the basket, not threes by a poor 3pt shooter.
