To be honest - the Jays are absolutely killing us right now. Both of them have been awful with taking care of the ball.

Pitiful end to this half. Ime better rip them for this effort at halftime. Started coasting after going up double digits.

I feel they kinda reverted to their old selves for a while. The passes weren’t as quick. They held on to the ball a bit longer. Hopefully Ime corrects this at halftime.

We played a bad half yet still up three. The Nets can't keep this energy up. I expect a better, more disciplined second half.
Back to wanting Joe fired.

We lost our intensity at end but we still have the lead. Lets get back on track and come out strong next half.

This is a playoff game. There's going to be runs.

Importance is to play with consistent effort on both sides of the ball and keeping up what makes us win.

I like what I've seen. We're not losing a lead because we didn't put in effort.

We've got this. We're by far a better team than these Nets.

Let's go Celtics!

Jaylen with some truly awful passes. Why on earth would he be the PnR ball-handler!

Hopefully he has another second half surge like in Game 2, but this is the third straight game where he has ranged from below average to downright awful in the first half.

7 TOs for the half, and 5 are from JT (3) and JB( 2).
Jaylen NEVER puts 2 bad halves together in a game. He will have a GREAT 2nd half.

I'll take a 3pt lead after the way they played sloppy ball in the 2nd.

Me too!

GWill showed up tonight

Jaylen didn't
no, he didn't.
The third consecutive first half where he has been a complete nonfactor. Unacceptable to make this a habit

I wonder if he is having a tough time adjusting to being the Beta guy and changing his game appropriately.

Looked like C's were in another league... but they aren't.   Sleep on the Nets and C's will lose.  No excuse for Jays, Smart, anyone to get cocky.  This is the playoffs and Nets just need a win tonight to gain momentum and be back in the series.  All out 2nd half.

Love what Rob brought in his stint.  Only about 7 minutes.

Overall though I'll still take it. Lead at halftime. Just adjust and have a strong 3rd to pull away

The problem with Brown is that he doesn't know his limits. He tries to show off with his passing and dribbling way too much. When he stick to what he's good at, he's great.

The Nets punched back and we’re still leading.  I’ll take it.

Lets end the half on a high note!

That sure didn't happen. It feels like every [stupid] TO led to a fast break for Bruce Brown and every offensive rebound (9 in a half!) led to an easy dunk or put-back. Very disappointing effort from the Jays right now.

I'm not sure, because he typically comes out with excellent second halves. It's a mystery to me

Kind of wondering why they aren’t going at Irving with his 3 fouls?
