Nets have to win 4 out of the next 5. Not gonna happen.

i've been following Smart's left hand low key all this season.

It's been a weapon lol. Those flip shots/floaters are the opposite of sexy when Smart does it, just really clunky, but is it effective. Sealed the game tonight.

Gutsy win. It's a great sign that the Celts won with sub-par games from Tatum and Brown. Great D on Irving and Durant. Grant really stepped up... didn't miss a shot the entire game. Good things happen with Pritchard on the floor. White is a JAG and was only given 13 minutes tonight. Pritchard should be ahead of White in the rotation.

93% of teams down 2-0 lose in the NBA playoffs.

The C's I think are something like 40-1 when up 2-0 in the series. Sadly the one blemish was just 4 years ago to the Cavaliers and Lebron (2018)

Who had Kyrie that year, us or Cleveland?

Pritchard with a better 4th quarter than Kyrie. Kyrie looked like he thought he was back on the Celtics in the Bucks series.

Thinking the exact same thing. What happened to him?

Didn't look like his head was in the game from the tip.  Even when Brooklyn was thumping us in the first half, it wasn't because of Kyrie.  Dude was completely invisible.

Chant "Kyrie sucks" enough times and it reaches a point to where it eviscerates his soul.

Tatum so impressive with his assist line.  10 assists on a night that the shot isn't falling.

Terrific that C's took advantage of KD poor shooting.  Got to the line but forced into another bad night from the field.  Unfortunately, he'll likely hit the contested shots in Game 3.  He's not gonna shoot 23% for the series.

Agree with that 23%, but man, when was the last time we saw him stopped like the Cs did tonight?

TP - Yep, I said it on page 2 in this thread. Kyrie gave it his best shot, it didn't work, and now he is going to coast. Not give up, but game 1 was the last time we see that real fire from Kyrie. Durant otoh, well, I guess we'll have to wait and see.

JT didn't have a great shooting night but did have 10 assists and 6 rebs.

Reminded me of Dirk out there. Dictating the game by drawing double teams and moving the ball to open shooters.

Can't do that. He has to have a soul to begin with.

At some point you have to blame the performance on the court on the players on the court. Every loss is not the coach's fault and every win isn't because of the players.

Yeah, apparently.  Seemed like he fed off of it in the first game.  Maybe that fine had him feeling like he couldn't clap back and instead he just went into his shell.  I don't know.

Superstar player. Helped out where he could when it wasn't falling and then drained the dagger at the end.
