I don't know if I could point to a single thing that caused this turnaround for the Celtics, but I think Tatum's drastic improvement in movement off the ball has to be as important as anything.  He learned that he doesn't necessarily have to handle the ball to stress the hell out of the defense.  It's getting him easier shots and it's also empowering his teammates to make plays - often at the expense of defenders who now have multiple jobs and can't possibly cover all of them adequately.

He gets a lot of good looks now. Ime runs some good sets for him. Especially those Iverson sets
