Definitely a lot to be annoyed about with the refs, but also the C's shot 11-17 from the line. A few more makes and we're ahead. Got to do better on that end especially against great teams like BKN. Can't miss too many FTs and bunny layups/shots

Durant has a unique ability to come back off of an injury like he never missed a second.  It's pretty crazy.
That is weird. Normally guys who rely on high skill moves and jump-shooting take time to work themselves back in shape.

It used to be the big guys like Shaq who even when not in right shape were able to come in and be very effective right away because they could bulldoze their way to the rim for layups and dunks.

Not shooters.

So the defense hasn’t been great this half. Not terrible because Nets are making some tough shots but also not good. C’s getting outworked by Dragic and Drummond and they’re missing rotations.

JB’s putting in effort but he’s not looking healthy. Lack of burst maybe? He’s getting shut down on his drives fairly easily. Meanwhile White’s intensity needs to go up.

good summary - right on target.

I hope Ime doesn't force-feed Brown minutes. The guy is not near 100% on that ankle.

Could be mistaken, but looked like Brown had a bit of a limp. Probably not 100%, but still not terrible. Expect he’ll step it up in the second half

Dudes (& Dudettes) - this team can compete with anyone not only in the East but the league.

Hopefully our trend of coming out in the third ramping up the defensive intensity continues.

We're playing good D, and they're just hitting some tough shots over us. We up the defensive intensity like the past few games, and we should take solid control over this game.

Most great defensive teams in the pros don't try to pressure 100% the entire game - just too much to ask, physically. The 70's Celtics and 00's Garnett teams played solid defense, but waited for the 2nd half to really put the clamps on. Man that '08 team was beautiful to watch on defense - they overloaded the strong side and the help played on a string.

The one thing I still see a tiny bit in games like this — I don’t know if the C’s fully believe they’re on that level. Like they don’t necessarily expect to be able to hang. It’s a lot better now than it used to be, and I think that’s really the thing that’ll enable them to make a deep run. Believe they belong.

Man, the bench has been atrocious. 5pts? Come, on...

Ugh, these random offensive boards are killing us.

But, man, if Al's shot has finally progressed back to normal, that is HUGE for us.

Really does look like bad offensively out there. Not moving well and not playing smart basketball. Defensively he's been solid at least.
