I think I’ve seen enough from Langford. Send him somewhere else for his remaining years.

I don't like Schroeder but PP isn't a good enough defender to continue the C's current style of play.
Once you are labeled 'the best' you want to stay up there, and you can't do it by loafing around.

But he looks so young…did they just say Smart shot 13 threes?

Put the deep bench in too early
Quoting Nick from the now locked Ime thread:

At some point you have to blame the performance on the court on the players on the court. Every loss is not the coach's fault and every win isn't because of the players.

Nice offensive possessions here with PP attacking.

Some diving onto the floor after a loose ball on D, jumpball ... lost it, loose ball foul on PP as he tries to box out.

Nets getting second chances isn't ideal, but Nessie grabs the rebound on the 3.

Schröder tries a fancy pass in traffic to Freedom but it's gobbled up and Nessie fouls on Nets fast break. 2 shots.

Schröder with a nice wide open 3 off the PP feed.

102-78

Dennis and PP should not be on the floor together

Dennis is being good Dennis and carrying the bench a bit. Pretty decent on D and then attacking on O.

He's at the line at the moment after a good drive and a (late) whistle.

2 freebies.

104-78, 7 mins to go.

No. Can't risk the opposing team going on a 10-0 run because of these poor plays from the bench unit.

That's how we blew a 28-point lead and lost to teams like the Clippers a couple years ago or recently this year to the Knicks and Bulls. No lead is safe.
