Smart is having a borderline DPOY type of year. He won’t get it given our record, but I think he’d have serious consideration with his numbers and defensive effect if we were ranked higher in the standings.

Should still be a 1st Team All Defense year for him.

He’s been great! That transition defense with him and Rob was insane! Few, if any, other PGs will have that impact and versatility on defense.

Anyone else see the top 5 plays they just played during the break? Loved it. Though I'm not sure how any of those plays beat the Rockets 26 point comeback where Smart drew two consecutive offensive fouls on Harden to win the game. Loudest I've ever heard the Garden.

That was an awesome moment. Those were clutch too

That was something - Jaylen pulls the ball out and gives it to Schroder - who promptly jacks up a 3.

That was an awesome sequence, one of my favorites in recent memory.  I think that was the one where they only had 2 officials for that game and Harden cried about it afterwards.

Should try to move him now for a real pg. while his stock is still high..

At some point you have to blame the performance on the court on the players on the court. Every loss is not the coach's fault and every win isn't because of the players.

I for one will not mistake Schroeder for Stephanie Curry

Is a 26 point lead enough to see some non-rotation players?
