Strong finish at the half.

It's obvious that this team plays much better when we have shooters on the floor. Even putting JRich, a guys who's probably more above average than good, out there makes the offense flow better.

I feel it's the opposite. When we play good defense it feeds our offense

Incidentally our best bench defenders are also our best bench shooters. Jrich and grant

It helps when C’s don’t go up against a set defense.

We are lethal when we push, even if it's not a fast break
I wouldn't say lethal but we're definitely better than when we don't

Right I'm just too used to them laying a fart every offensive possession

Al looks lost on defense. Getting killed by Bam, too slow to guards wings.

Al and Schröder don't need to see the floor in the second half.

Brown at least gets to shoot sometimes at the end of quarters now

Is Marcus having as good a game as the past few minutes and his statline are showing?

Yes, imo. To Smart’s credit, he looks weak side a lot against zone. And he’s been making shots too! One was lucky but the other 2 three’s were decent looks

Man, why'd we ever let Strus go? Every time I see him he's scorching hot.

Chose Green over Strus...
2 guys that wouldn't have moved the needle for this team.

Guys that can shoot change the floor. They always move the needle. Miami has a lot of guys that shouldn't move the needle but they are moving it. Strus 4-8 from 3 tonight.

He should've put shooters in for that last possession. It would've spread the floor out.

Ime getting outcoached by Spo. Some of those lineups were just terrible.

The short-handed Heat are going deeper into their bench than we are.

do you honestly believe Strus would be seeing minutes on this team?

Grant had a bad 1st half.  Play Nessie for a change in the 2nd half.  Also give Payton an opportunity against the Miami bench.

Also, don't play Schröder for the rest of the game.

Oh boy. "Play Nessie" sounds like throwing in the towel these days :')

To me anyway - he's been remarkably unremarkable.

Do agree we need to see the yung fellas a bit more in order to develop them.
