it's like their natural tendency is to slow things down.  doesn't matter if they're ahead or behind but they always tend to slow the pace for no good reason

Brown comes in, Pritchard sits down, and now the spacing and pacing is all but shot.

It’s stretches like these that make me think that as talented as those 2 are, it’s not like they complement each other that well. They’re individually brilliant and can bail out the team from bad possessions fairly consistently though (just not yet in this stretch)
