Maybe it's like a player coach thing. Joe has seen a lot of schemes/systems he has always been a decent player in all the different styles.

I hope he gets to play some minutes vs the Cavs, just to see why he was even signed. I did read that he won consecutive MVPs in the BIG 3 so maybe he still has something left in the tank.
