No interest in LeVert. Mild interest in Turner but that would likely require further trades to rebalance the team (Horford, Rob Williams overlap). Real interest in Sabonis but only if coming in as an addition to Jaylen & Tatum. No interest in trading Jaylen for Sabonis. Sabonis is not good enough.

I’m basically team JKJB. But as a thought experiment - if you want to pair AS with Tatum, how does that work? He’s clearly a step down from Rob defensively. Offensively, hasn’t he been most valuable when he’s on the elbow, getting a lot of touches and acting as a hub for the offense? The Cs have always wanted to have their centers operate much higher - the screens are at the top of the key or out to the side. Has anyone seen a dynamic offense that puts a center at the elbow and has a dynamic wing like Tatum playing around that?

 I’d give any combo of players and picks except the jays to get Sabonis if it meant a change in offense too. ( not happening)

I would have no problem waiting until the offseason and doing whatever Brad could do to land Brogdon as our future long term PG alongside Smart, Brown, Tatum and Timelord.

Maybe trade Horford, the rights to Yam Mader, Nesmith and the team's 2022 first round and 2nd round picks.

That gives Indy salary relief if they cut Horford, 2 picks and two prospects.

Boston gets a starting unit of Smart, Brogdon, Jaylen, Jayson and RobWill. Brogdon adds more shooting, more high quality perimeter defense and better passing to the starting unit that needs better passing and more shooting.

Yeah right. Total homer argument. It is well known that the Celtics are terrible at picking, and really, everyone else is hitting jackpot after jackpot consistently because drafting beyond pick 10 is super easy and a totally 100% sure deal.
