Is the Celtics offense suddenly terrific, or does the West just not play defense?

It's not really "suddenly".

We've been gradually sharing the ball more and more. JT in particular has passed out of double-teams SUPER consistently, which has made him EVEN HARDER to guard.

It's kinda beautiful.

Regarding Anthony Davis,  Do you think he has some physical issue, an injury they are keeping quiet, a health problem ?
Or is this recent past (last season included) about mental toughness, competitiveness or even burnout ?

I wonder if playing alongside James has not worn on Davis' psyche.
He does not look like he is having any fun playing basketball.

Good grief, Schroeder. Have to make that.

It’s pretty embarrassing how bad AD is compared to 36 year old Lebron. AD is suppose to be a superstar in his prime he looks like trash.

He looks awful tonight, but he was key in their title run. They don’t win without him.

Him and Bron usually coast save energy and try and win game in last 12 minutes.

So, the Lakers are playing possum,  letting the game go into a lull , then out of no where they pick up the pace and blow by for the win.   Lebron is the most dangerous wounded animal on the planet .  You think he is beaten, then he gets up and wins.

Have to put the game out of AD and Bronson reach , step on their necks the whole time.

Doesn't hitting the net with the ball on the cylinder count as goaltending? If so, where was that call on that Schroder missed layup

Not a fan of this lineup at all. Hardly any offense or playmaking out there. Forcing Richardson to be a playmaker out of his skillset.

Please put Tatum back in.

Ugh, get either Tatum or Horford back in there, Ime. No offense out there and too much Schroeder.

Why are we guarding Anthony with Romeo? I know Anthony isn't a huge offensive threat anymore, but still he can make them pay for a smaller player on him.

Melo kinda is tho. He still has games where he goes off for heaps of points.

Rob Williams is such a difference maker for this team. He probably has a few All-Defense teams in his future if he stays healthy
