Imagine a world where the Celtics simply re-signed Al Horford and Terry Rozier instead of the Kemba deal?

It will go down as Danny Ainge‘s biggest mistake

Except for the whole Bane thing.  :o

Man, seems like it may be a bit of a process with Ime. That he's stuck with the small ball lineup that long after last game's issues with it, too, is a bit concerning.

Toronto has 11 offensive boards to zero for Boston. Huge turnover advantage.

They are losing because those big guys can’t throw the ball in the ocean. Size is good, but size that can’t play isn’t much use.

And we have an excellent rebounder sitting on the bench. Enes could have made a difference with that second unit.

I guess. Unless his man goes by him and dunks it. Or he gets switched into someone on the perimeter. It’s not just the Cs who don’t want to keep/play Kanter. He gets the minimum for a reason.

He was pretty good in Portland last year. I think he at least deserves a shot specially when the opposing team is feasting with 11 offensive rebounds.

Smart should not be shooting with Payton on the floor.

I’m pretty sure he would not help us on either end. He’s a white flag. They have to get their composure back.

So this team struggles to score and won’t run back on misses.  That’s the trend of the first two games.

Is that what we can expect this year?  I hope not.

Udoka singlehandedly got Toronto back into this game with the microball lineup, and now the teams offence is broken

i know Ime is new. but so far on a very very small sample size of two games, i am not impressed with the defense or offensive sets. i hope that changes....oh, and the lineups havent impressed me either.

The Celtics team seems like they could use a little Moses Brown For when TL is not on the floor. I was excited about that

Yeah, he's not been that great thus far. A bit concerning that he stuck that long with the futile microball lineups. I'm hoping he's not an ideologue that isn't open to a change in his philosophy, or his usual guys/rotation.

Rob restores order. This is more about composure and getting organized than anything else.
