Wow, what a game. 81 more to go. A bad game from Tatum and a missed lay-up and dunk cost us. Chicken Little says the sky is falling but don't weep too early. JB was a joy to watch.

Some bonehead plays by Shroeder….
i believe we will be seeing a whole herd of those as the season progresses.
I believe Gandhi is the only person who knew about real democracy — not democracy as the right to go and buy what you want, but democracy as the responsibility to be accountable to everyone around you. Democracy begins with freedom from hunger, freedom from unemployment, freedom from fear, and freedom from hatred.

fitting it ends on a tatum brick. unbelievably, JT took as many shots as JB. tatum won’t ever be elite. very, very good but not elite.

Knicks played their butts off but C's still should have won.  total garbage from Tatum.

can't believe this team still scored 134 with Tatum going 7-30 and 2-15 from 3.  Smart 5-14.  Schroder 5-16.  Nesmith 0-4.  Pritchard 0-3.

That charge call was not going to be reversed.

  • Sometimes there's no sane reason for optimism
Great day to be a fan of Boston sports. Maybe the Pats can throw their pads on real quick and blow another game  ::)

I'm proud of the effort especially down the stretch in the 4th.  Really had no business going into OT with how poorly we played in the 2nd half.  I'm much more disappointed in our defensive lapses, even if is only the first game of the season.  Continually going under the screen on a very good 3 point shooter like Fournier is just stupid.

Perhaps Udoka isn't the right coach we need

It's his first game, but Udoka had a subpar showing tonight, especially in the second half. Not getting his guys to communicate and figure out the Fournier pick and pops is inexcusable as many times as it happened.

But this is mainly on Tatum. Pretty disgusted with his play tonight.
Recovering Joe Skeptic, but inching towards a relapse.

As angry as we are about our shooting, the bad defense really did us in tonight. Second place was turnovers. But really, this defense isn’t inspiring confidence in me

Good thing we let Fournier walk. He stinks.

You joke now but just wait until they lay an egg against the Jets this weekend…
