It would be good for her to get a head coaching gig, but I’d like to see her go to a more stable franchise.  Going to the Magic just means lots of losses.

He can only recommend

Imo ... a women college or wnba HC..who has had success/won multiple titles has a better shot to be a NBA head coach imo

Like Lawson in a few years

Hiring Hammons like any other assistant coach is a risk.

Disagree..if that was the case Pop would have told her to go get that experience. He is grooming her to take over from him.

It wouldn’t be the worst spot tho.  The Magic have their limitations, but it’s not terribly difficult to make the playoffs in the East, and expectations would be low for at least the first year given their recent sell-off.

Once Pop retires I think Becky would be a shoo-in for the Spurs job. That would be a good environment for her. If she's willing to wait.
