I have no complaints with JT’s game today. He fought to the end and was passing off double and triple teams. Bring in better shooters/players, plus a healthy JB...can’t wait for the off season. Add to that, the Summer League will be back. There’s a lot to look forward to next season. TPs everyone! We’ll get this ship right.

Romeo had a bad game.  Next time he will be better.  I hope.
He didn't have a bad game.  he had some good moments.  I'd call it an inconsistent game.

Smart had a bad shooting game and Fournier had a bad overall game.  those are the guys to look at when we need someone to step up
The issue is more with our personnel than anything. We need guys who can guard both Durant and Harden. Without Brown, Romeo is one of the only guys on the roster who fits that role, so he gets a ton of responsibility on defense.
agreed, Romeo is being asked to guard one of their big 3 and they hit some unreal shots with him in their face.  Hopefully he can provide some offense with that defense to make the Nets expend some effort on that end

The Big 3 killed us but Harris and Brown both had 14 each. That was painful given the lead ended up being 15 (though to be fair the Nets had taken their foot off the gas at the end).

Nesmith had 11, PP had 12, Parker had 10. More time for these guys.

I guess my point that I neglected to make clear was that last game we kept those support players quiet, this time we weren't able to.

Instead he rolls in GW and SO who cannot even make layups.

Next time I hope he's Nesmith.

Good point.

I feel that Nesmith is as good of a defender but a much better shooter.
i like nesmith, but no, he is not as good a defender as langford. nor, for now, is he as good a ball handler.

but yes, he is the better shooter.
I believe Gandhi is the only person who knew about real democracy — not democracy as the right to go and buy what you want, but democracy as the responsibility to be accountable to everyone around you. Democracy begins with freedom from hunger, freedom from unemployment, freedom from fear, and freedom from hatred.

True, he just needs to be able to hit that open corner three, and he'll be so much more useful on offense

they're reporting a fan threw a water bottle at Kyrie.  I have little doubt Kyrie will spin that into his earlier statement concerning racism in Boston fandom

or even a fake then drive -- needs to be able to finish those.

They both have great length for their position, but Romeo has better foot speed to keep guards in front of him. I imagine Nesmith as a guys who handles forwards much better than any guards.

It's easy to be an ass when you can hide behind the skirts of Har_en and Durant. It'd be a shame if some were to "Ron Artest" him next game....
