Told y'all Utah Jazz was overrated.

Clippers-Suns is gonna be good. Kinda scary that I've predicted a Clippers-Nets NBA Finals...

You mean Lakers/Nets?

Nope on the predictions thread I had Clippers/Nets.

Though I did had Clippers beating the Lakers in the West Finals  ;D

Quin Snyder has to be on the hot seat at this point, right? This is the second year in a row that his team completely blew a series they should have won.
Imo, he's a top 3 coach in the NBA alongside Pop and Spo. Maybe even the best. Love his approach about the game. Team-oriented basketball, ball movement, everyone gets touches on offense. The Jazz massively overachieved this season.

All credit to the Clippers, they played fantastic overall and they are deep which makes them really versatile to make adjustments. Should be a good series with the Suns.

Just watched the Jazz-Clippers highlights. Looks like the Clippers just drove the paint and kicked out to the open 3 over and over. I’m wondering if this game in particular highlights how difficult it is to have a player like Gobert on the floor in the playoffs.

I don't think the Clippers will hit threes like that ever again.  They played great, but there was a little flukiness to their win.  Without Leonard, I think they'll go down 4-1 against the Suns.  Too bad, I think Utah was the best team this year.

But I also said they couldn't win without Conley, who came back but was not really back to himself....nor could they win it all with Mitchell on a bad ankle.

So many epic chokes this past week... didn’t think it could get worse than the Bucks loss. Then the Sixers game 5 loss happened. But this Jazz choke is the worst of them all, especially because it’s an elimination game.

Incredible.  What is happening here?  Why are teams going up BIG and then choking?  I don't recall this happening so much before these playoffs.  It is simply a matter of teams going hot-and-cold on 3-pt shots?  That shot has changed this game, no doubt.  Many folks are turned off by today's NBA.

Again, you can’t go far in the playoffs when your two best offensive players are small guards. Portland has the same problem. Need wings in the post season. Kawhi, George, Batum, Morris, Mann... Team has so many switchable players.
I think it was hard for Utah to do something with a hobbled Conley.
And a hobbled Gobert in the second half.

what happened to Gobert

Nothing, he’s just overrated.

But Somebody said he is the best player on the Jazz.

It's kinda funny in a year of all these injuries, the guy to stay healthy is Chris Paul.

This year's playoffs are shapin out to be the year where the top seed will fall..Jazz out and it sure feels like the Sixers dont have the horses to stay afloat and will likely be eliminated by the Hawks or by the Nets or Bucks.
