It just dawned on me thinking how bad the Warriors have been this season and how long Curry would be comfortable losing there. He seem like a legacy type of guy so I can’t see him ring chasing but his family is from Charlotte, where at the Hornets his father is an announcer and somewhat team legend.

Given the Hornets recent uptake in performance, can you imagine the irony if LaMelo Ball became a huge deciding factor in Curry leaving Golden State for Charlotte. Stephen Curry last season under contract is actually next season and the Hornets will have roughly 65 million in cap space by that season...so perhaps something to watch for long term.
