Is Stevens making better halftime adjustments of late - Celts have had some good 3d quarters.

Pretty pleased with how the team has played on this win streak.  Unexpected.

Tatum and Pritchard have some solid chemistry. Seems like they are always on the same page.

Pritchard is so solid. It's like having another vet on the floor.

Kevin Durant spends his first pick on Kyrie over Harden....what a joke. That coupled with him not playing gives the East a much weaker team.
KD couldn't pick Harden first because he is a reserve.  Starters get chosen first and then the reserves.  Harden is on KD's team as a reserve.

My bad...but that was a homer pick and makes his team weak.

Pritchard is legit. If he's cold from outside he makes it happen for the other guys on the floor.

  • Let's Go Celtics!
I know Kemba has been better lately, but how much better would this team be with a playmaker deluxe PG and Aaron Baynes still on the team with money left over to have acquired a killer shooter ?

Aron Baynes has been playing terribly this season. I don't think we're missing too much.

Was not aware. Seems every time I looked, he had a good game, but I hardly follow him regularly.

At least take the PG and shooter.

He has some nice moments every now and then, but overall he's shooting 43% from the floor and his 3 point shooting has really regressed.

Playing a depleted team is not the same as improving coaching adjustments.

Did nesmith play?
No...but who cares? The bench has been exceptional.

If Brad has stopped experimenting and has narrowed down his rotations, most likely Nesmith won't be playing a lot. And that's okay. He is a rook with no Summer League, training camp or practice time. He'll get time when he is ready.

Would be quite a vindication for Danny if Pritchard became the solid playmaker, if Nesmith became the knock-down shooter and Rob Williams became our defensive, rebounding center that we need. It would be sweet, though I'd say we would still need another player or two to win titles.

Jaylen with consecutive mistakes.  Bricked an ill-advised three, then fell asleep on the other end to give up a layup.

Our bench is definitely a lot better than recent years. Should only get better once Smart and Langford return (or even if Smart starts, that'd push someone like Theis to the bench which is still fine)

Yeah, but is it Brad making adjustments or the players' actually playing better? I think it might be more of the latter than the former.
