The moment Tatum sits, the offense collapses. Not enough horses right now for the Cs.
It is almost as if Tatum is the only player on the team that really matters to the scoreboard. I mean Boston extended its lead by 4 points over 7+ minutes at the start of the 2nd quarter with a lineup of Tatum, R. Williams, Semi, Waters, and Green/Edwards. I mean that is a terrible lineup yet because Tatum is that good it could stay on the floor for over 7 minutes and extend the lead. Obviously a small sample size, but we see this time and time again over the course of multiple seasons. Boston needs Tatum. He is by far the single biggest driving factor of whether or not Boston wins or loses and he doesn't even have to play all that well, he just has to play.
