Alright, so TT has been our starting center. A lot of posters here claim he's our best center. What the heck does he do well? He can't shoot. Can't pass. Doesn't roll. Doesn't play good defense. Doesn't clean the glass. Please, tell me.
He’s is a few levels better than Myles Turner if you didn’t know 😬

I hate to go against the grain, but all these calls seem fair enough to me..
Embarrassing to complain about the referees in this game. 🤦🏻‍♂️

Did they call it both ways?

No, no they didn't. But you're supposed to pretend like it's not happening.

The 50-50 calls in the first 3 quarters all went our way. There were a couple questionable calls and no calls in the 4th but that’s not enough to accuse the referees of not doing their job

Went cold in the fourth quarter.  That was your ballgame.

Encouraged by Walker's performance, and for three quarters I also liked the way Brown played against a team that has given him some problems in the past.  He was shooting ~50% tonight until somebody put a lid on the basket down the stretch.

Doc makes a difference for that team, if only because he puts Embiid in positions to succeed whereas Brett Brown never did a [dang]ed thing to help him.  Philly will be a tough out for us if they're healthy when it counts.

That is what I don’t get with people...the key to good officiating is fairness. Call it both ways.

This one slipped through their hands. Should have won this game. 4th quarter execution is a problem for this team. Too many times they got minutes without scoring in the 4th. Kemba and JB only had like 4 pts combined in the 4th. Not going to win many games like that.

Is tristan really better than myles turner?   thompson is a backup scrub.

Did you watch the game? Or were you watching the Knicks? Because the Celtics were getting hammered in the fourth quarter, and I think the FTs in the 4th were something like 13-0. You can't win an NBA game when the refs only call fouls on one team when both are getting hacked.

In a playoff series?

Sixers still look they always look.

The team I'm worried about just got canned by the Cav's.

Irving + Harden + Durant score 96 points and don't get it done!

That’s not really a fair comparison.  One is a MLE guy, the other makes twice that.

I do wish that we had made the trade, or that Milsap had come here. I think both would have made us better.

He watched the game and he agrees there were questionable calls in the 4th. You guys agree. You may not know it but you do.

agreed. A well officiated game you barely notice the refs. This was like an officiating avalanche.

Honestly I thought we were getting the same quality of shots in the fourth... which isn't a good thing, necessarily.

Our shot creation wasn't great in this game overall, but we stayed afloat for three quarters by making some tough shots.  Smart in particular made a handful of what would be best described as 'flings'.  When the difficult shots stopped falling for us, we sank.

Making some hard ones is necessary for any offense, but I think we need to do a bit better than we did tonight at generating good looks.  Tatum, obviously, will help with that.

Might have been worth it to keep Kanter just for the embiid matchup. Play theis and TL otherwise.
Also Teague disappointing
