Brown is supernova right now
Jaylen has been supernova for the whole season.

Has Jaylen taken over as the team's best player over Tatum?

I think he has.

Eh. I still think Tatum is showing me a bit more overall as a scorer and facilitator, particularly as he's seeing more traps and double teams.

But Brown has grown as a one-on-one scorer for sure and its helping keep us afloat.

I agree with Nick. Brown is our best player.

  • Let's Go Celtics!
No Grant Williams so far and I hope that continues.

This team needs a 3rd star that's a "superstar" in order to contend that isn't Kemba. Jaylen and Jayson are very good, but we have a limited ceiling without a 3rd playmaking star.

I agree with other posters here; a 2 way big would put our team over the hump.
A healthy Kemba would go a long way tbh. Gotta assume getting some help for the bench and/or 3rd piece is something Ainge is looking at.

Good start to the 3rd. Two possessions. Two turnovers. Two fast break opportunities for Detroit.

My hot take is that Tatum needs to get chewed out for his effort. He basically just watched Jackson got straight to the rim on that play.

So is Blake Griffin the big man version of Kyle Korver nowadays?

Smart needs to go through contact at the rim. Always tries to adjust his shot and misses.

Jaylen got a wide open layup there because Detroit was terrified of his three ball.  Dude is a problem right now.
