Very good start to the season so far. I really like this team. It's crazy to think we can add Kemba plus someone with the large TPE to this group.

Another big wing would be nice.

sure would...

Like that Smart is deferring to Teague and playing a more reserved role on offense.

The Marcus Smart that focuses on facilitation and defense is his best version.  That Smart is a player every team wants to have.  I'd just rather do without the 2/10 three-point performances he likes to put up, where he's cold but keeps flinging anyway.

Refreshing to watch a team with players placed according to their sizes.

Story of the night was Jaylen leading that 5 man unit and beating the hell out of the Bucks.

Teague
Smart
Brown
Semi
Thompson

Gonna want to see more of that five in the 2nd half.
I really liked how well that lineup defended. They stifled the Bucks.

Refreshing to have someone like Teague who can give us a scoring punch off the bench.

Along with Brown getting hot in the 2nd, Teague was big that 1st half

I know +/- numbers can be wonky but still, it's weird after watching that half to see Giannis is a team worse -9

I liked Brad Wanamaker, but its amazing how much better Teague is than him.

It's not really Wanamaker's fault either. He is what he is. The injuries though basically pushed him into becoming like our 7th man last season during the bubble and that just wasn't ideal.

Yeah, I mean a few years ago Wanamaker was an okay player in Europe and Teague was an NBA All-Star. Teague and Wanamaker are very similar in age. So it shouldn't be surprising that Teague would be a better player at this time.

Brown's defense is going to get national attention this year. He and Smart will both end up on the All-Defense team this year.
