Sexton seemingly insulted Love very publicly today.

https://cavsnation.com/cavs-news-did-collin-sexton-just-throw-shade-kevin-love/

Hard to imagine Love is there past the deadline after this. Not sure what Cavs could get for him. I am imaging we don't want/can't fit him on our team.

Maybe they'll be able to do something in the offseason, but Kevin Love isn't going to give up $60 million because Collin Sexton insulted him and he wants to play somewhere else, and there's no reason to eat that money from a payroll perspective when you're just playing for lottery balls.  Perhaps over the summer they can convert Love to a different bloated contract that suits them better.

Not saying Love has to give up 60, but didn't griffin just give up a new record in a buyout?

If Love gets bought out (unlikely), this is a perfect landing spot for him. We love threes, we don’t play much defense, and he plays a position of need

It looked fairly bad, and they x-rayed him for a possible fracture. It came back negative but he's out indefinitely.

Wow so Lebron is really human after all lol.

Either way LAL can really just give Lebron and AD the rest of the regular season off. They can afford to do so, and all that matters is they are healthy and available in May-June come playoff time.

Lebron is out indefinitely and the timeline for his injury seems to indicate 4-6 weeks.

I mean, I hope the Celtics beat the Lakers in that rematch that's all I'm looking forward to at this point.

Atlanta have been totally awesome since McMillan took over. Wonder if Collins is more of a target for them to keep now.

Although, like all McMillan teams, they'll probably roll over in the playoffs

he didn't roll ankle out,  he rolled it in. Wonder if he tore ligaments.  That is a very unusual way to turn ankle.

According to Shams it's a high ankle sprain:

I had a pretty severe one a couple of years ago, and holy crap it's by far the worst injury I've had. I'll still occasionally have some soreness there after a long run. I expect he'll be back faster than I was just because of the better access to PT and trainers he has, but I'd be surprised if he's 100% again at any point this season.
I'm bitter.

C/PF-Horford, Baynes, Noel, Theis, Morris,
SF/SG- Tatum, Brown, Hayward, Smart, Semi, Clark
PG- Irving, Rozier, Larkin

Collin Sexton

The more I watch him... the more I hate the Cavs- Irving trade

Sexton reminds me of a poor man Donovan Mitchell.

He got into a scruffle at half time with Powell and Van Vleet.  And went beast mode in the 3rd quarter. 13-24 for 36 points

Celtics win and Lakers lose is always a fun night.

Suns murdered the LeBron-less Lakers 111-94 tonight

Those steroids will keep him in check, don't you worry about a thing of him not being 100% lol

Crowder played through one when he was playing for us (we were fighting for a mid-high playoff spot that year iirc) and he was never the same in terms of explosiveness. LeBron's probably not going to be skewering playoff defences the way he's been doing for the past decade or so this postseason.

He’s probably better than 1/3 of the Celtics bench. I’m Not even kidding, which is sad...
