Tatum's contract could be 195 million, it could also be like 162 million if he doesn't hit the triggers to bump up from 25% to 30%.  Davis only being 8 seasons in only qualifies for the 30% maximum and can't get to the 35% because he is not on his original team (he would qualify for it otherwise).  Take Giannis, he is still on the Bucks so he qualifies for the bump up to 35% which is why his 5 year contract is worth more than Davis'.  Because Davis needs two more years to hit 35% there was a thought he was only going to sign a 2 year contract so that he could cash in on the 35% in 2 years and also keep pressure on the Lakers, but when Lebron extended yesterday I knew that must have meant Davis decided to do the 5 year contract.

Lakers are going to win banner 18 within the next 5 years before the Celtics, sadly. Could see them going on a repeat/3peat. No team in the West can stop them currently.
