And I expect Sixers to make a bigger deal now
Yeah I think they're just getting started.

The Sixers got out of that dirt cheap.  That’s a hell of a deal for Philly.
Yeah, I agree. Stupid OKC, letting them off the hook because of their insatiable hunger for draft picks!

One first and 2nd rounder. Not much of a price to pay to get out of a bad contract. Surprised they got off so cheap.

Wow..bet Al wishes he would have not sign with Philly last season...plus, thought there was a rule that a player can’t be traded again  till 30 or 60 days after (Danny green)

That's if their salary is being aggregated, but if OKC is ~12 million under the cap before the deal that won't matter.

Anyone know if the CP3 deal put them under?
I'm bitter.

Wonder what other moves Presti has up his sleeve, and wonder how he'll look in OKC.  (Will Adams be moved? Will they play together?).

He has the Donovan connection, and considered them in free agency when he left Atlanta.

OKC can be decent, Al Horford's still good (and a good teammate) despite what went down in Philly.  They definitely have the luxury of trying to play good basketball while also being able to rebuild.

After 18 months with their Bigs, the Littles were: 46% less likely to use illegal drugs, 27% less likely to use alcohol, 52% less likely to skip school, 37% less likely to skip a class

Sucks they have him that crappy contract. With Horfy we prob go to the finals this year and would have had a fighting chance against the Fakers

According to a 6ers reporter, it's a 2025 pick, top 1-6 protected:

Presti and Griffin are both VERY willing to be patient

B-b-but now no free agents will sign with Philly ever again after trading a guy a year after he signed a contract with them. Or does that only apply to Boston?

Interesting protection on the 2025 pick.. Embiid might be washed by then but Philly can tank hard and avoid surrendering its pick.

Also, you can trade a guy as many times as you want, as quickly as you want, so long as you do not combine him with other players in a deal and aggregate salaries.
