Jaylen and Kanter deserve a lot of credit for their 1st half

The 1st half was extremely putrid from the C’s, but it will be overlooked that Jaylen + Kanter actually kept the C’s in that game and kept them from getting run out of the bubble early on. And of course, Jaylen + Tatum + Theis all stepped up and came through in the 2nd half to comeback and win.

It was nice to finally see us attacking Herro and Robinson. The real challenge now is to show up on Sunday with the same aggressiveness and passion that we showed in the 2nd half. Two more games boys!
exactly. neither are good on defense. indeed, robinson is bad on defense. time to abuse the heck out of them.
agreed.  getting fouls on them and Dragic paid dividends tonight

really impressed with the C's coming back from that alarming 1st quarter.  We really dug deep and started playing lock down defense and made everything tough for the Heat.

My problem with this is Boston clearly, CLEARLY, has the more talented 5 but through boneheaded plays, poor decision-making and at times, lack of effort, gifted Miami 2 of their 3 (you can argue three of three) wins. This series should be 4-1 and over but it isn't. The question is, what character do the Celtics have? Are they a come back from 3-1 down to win 4-3 or are they are tease?

Game 6 will be tougher than game 7.
i predicted the series would go 7 games and be a rock fight. i also predicted the celtics would win it.

let's hope i am right....for a change.  ;D

apparently that is how you beat the heat in a blowout? But seriously, driving to the basket seems to make good things happen.

Give Stevens credit.

He pushed all the right buttons tonight, including his use of Kanter and Theis.

So how much credit does Brad get for the 2nd half turnaround? After all he caused us to miss 75% of our shots in the 1st half, and made us keep taking 3s in the first quarter.   ??? Does he have a hand in them actually following the game plan and attacking the zone by driving to the rim and drawing fouls or kicking the ball out like they were supposed to in the first place?

I know what it is...I think that Brad gave the PS4/Xbox game controller to someone else in the 2nd half (maybe Mike Zarren) which is why the team started playing better all of a sudden

He was a more vocal coach in the second half.... he urged them to attack if that is attack the basket then that is a change in philosophy.

Game 6 will be tougher than game 7.

There's got to be some pressure on the Heat though. They got blown out, and definitely don't want to go to a game 7 against us.

It is clear   now that this team needs to pace itself in the first half and them come guns blazing in the second.

Jaylen was our best player on both ends throughout the whole game, beginning to end. He's underrated.

Agreed

They have ran out of gas in all games except for tonight

Also didnt run around "lost" on both ends

There was a plan and goal for the most part
