The Celtics are now undefeated against the Raps in a playoff series!!!!

Who needs home-court advantage when the Celtics have won all the games in Toronto in front of their virtual fans HAHA. That was the Celtics' home-court  ;)

  • Let's Go Celtics!
People have a lot to say about Brad. Some of it is warranted, but this is his 2nd conference finals appearance in 3 years.

I HAVE NOTHING TO SAY EXCEPT

MARCUS SMAAAARRRRT

feel free to dunk on me for being wrong.*

*Bench points were 27-8 tho
what possible purpose does that last point make? what if the bench points were 90-1? it matter not.

It doesn't matter one bit.  Celtics won.  And that D by Williams at the end can't be overstated enough.  Bench guy.
yes, williams' defense was great at the end. even though toronto scored he forced them into low percentage shots. i like g. williams a lot.

Agreed GRANT came up huge tonight.

The bench points thing was apropos of what I posted earlier i.e. I felt that the raptors bench was going to give them a boost as starters on both teams were tired from game 6.

It nearly made the difference for them but SMART and TATUM made the big plays

Both of these teams have been incredibly likable, as well. I LOVED watching the rookies a few years ago when Kyrie and Gordon were out.

Last year's team? Brutal. Wasn't sorry to see that season end.

We played a Rookie who is not even a lottery pick, in the dying minutes of a game 7 and it worked. Huge GUTS for both Brad and Grant.

My view is that there's a lot more positive about him than there is negative.

He has some tendencies that I don't like, but I'm overall happy that he's the coach of the Celtics.

This group has had it going. When Hayward's back, he should come off the bench.
He should.

Kemba, Smart, Brown, Tatum, Theirs
First guard= Wanna
First wing= Hayward
First big= Kanter/TL depending on matchup.

Hayward injury can be a blessing this time around. Brown and Tatum getting more rest as Hayward takes control is can be huge next round or finals.

Think Grant Williams earned minutes in spite of missed FT’s. Not sure when Brad doesn’t use him in the first half. Guess he only uses him at the 5 against small line up

Oh man don't remind me about last year. It felt like a distant memory to me with all the Anthony Davis chatters and Kyrie and Rozier and stuff.

Another tough matchup next round for Kemba. Dragic is bigger and a tough two way player.

We’ll see. Toronto totally sold out to stop him - box and 1!! And both Lowry and FVV are plus, strong defenders who were getting a ton of help. I think Dragic will be a relief.

He's not perfect by any means, but he's a good NBA coach. He's good for this team and franchise. I think sometimes people get too focused on his demeanor (or lack of) and just don't appreciate the stability he brings.
