Theis outside of a few nice lob dunks...really played poorly today

Letting OG open like that. Crap defense.

Taking eye off that Smart inbound pass

Very disappointing
Yet still played Kemba off the court.

I'm sorry but Kemba Walker didn't score nearly enough points tonight
He needs to have a big game 7
That game was there for the taking and Celtics should have got it done !

I'm really sad, we committed 2 ugly turnovers at the end (brown and tatum), but how can't the refs call some fouls why they didn't blow their whistle on kemba drive in regulation??? Why overturn the call on theis? Why don't theis get the foul on his dunk? A bunch of this calls makes it harder this series should be ended by now

The whistles were big time swallowed for the Celts tonight. The three you mentioned were huge.

I also don’t understand how the Theis stupid overturn ended up as a jump ball. It should have been our possession with 2 seconds on the shot clock or something close to that.

However, Tatum’s two turnovers were mind boggling. Especially the one where he threw it to Nick Nurse. I’ve never seen a worse turnover. He also needs to stop that stupid behind the back crossover dribble. He looses the ball or gets his pocket picked way too often.
That tatum turnover almost costed me a new tv  :'(

Okay. Rest those tired bodies. Prepare for Game 7.

It is what it is. No use mulling over this loss now. Just prepare and make adjustments for Friday.
At the end of the day, this 100%. Gotta dig deep for this next game like their careers depend on it. This may be their best opportunity to win a championship.

I still can’t comprehend how you can’t challenge a non-call. They have to find a way to make that reviewable. Kemba was 10000000% fouled on his drive in their final possession in regulation. And I believe Smart was fouled by Gasol on that final play of 2OT.

Tough game. Raptors will not roll over. I thought the game was ultimately decided in the second quarter when the Celtics went up 10 and then allowed the Raptors to score 8 straight. If they instead pushed the lead up to 15 or so, I don’t believe the Raptors have enough to overcome that.

They did the same thing 2 times in the 2nd quarter of game 3...and lost.

Poor coaching by CBS

You knew Raptors were going to switch Kemba onto Kyle.  And CBS just let that be for most of the game, including OTs

Have Kemba guard OG. Let him beat you

Over and over again they were picking on Kemba

I mean its hard to understand

Sure, but to be fair (ugh to be fair-ugh. Sorry, I had to, I'm a Letterkenny fan). . .

Kemba played as great a defense on that play. Kyle Lowry nailed a difficult fade away shot to close us out. I get what you're trying to say, but in a way, it was the correct decision. I don't know how much better can Kemba play Lowry on that possession. He blanketed him, he had good contest and he was in his airspace all trough out, Lowry just made an incredible play.

Sometimes you just gotta tip your proverbial hat.

I get disappointment, but ppl are acting like they got blown out or quit. They got too tight and didn't make enough big plays; they still made a bunch and had chances to win. The raps just hit some tough, clutch shots. I think we beat them in game 7. Time for the young guys to grow up.

This one is on Danny for the bench he built ... his never ending eagerness to make draft picks brought us to this situation in a high stake game where we only have 5-6 playable basketball players

C's turning down wide open 3s in OT, only to turn the ball over....pulling my hair out.

I mean, this is exactly the point - why is Kemba on Lowry to begin with when he's so much bigger and has been killing us all series long? Lowry should be getting the Smart treatment like we do with Harden - that's his man and no switching off. Why Brad continue to let Kemba get owned time after time by Lowry is beyond frustrating.

What? Our bench has been amazing this series. Brad Wannamaker has been good. Time Lord and Grant Williams has contributed. Semi Ojeleye contributes on the defense. Our bench is fine.

Did you really expect Brad to play them on what is essentially a do-or-die game in Overtime against the defending champions? The Raptors themselves didn't dip on their bench for the 1st and 2nd OT.

I have no idea why you're blaming our bench when they have been good this series.

Our bench is nearly last on the list of reasons why we lost this game.

You think if that was Smart guarding Lowry he could get that shot off or get it off cleanly??

come on now

You needed Brown and Smart on VanVleet and Lowry. And make them give up the ball. Not let them have a chance to score the ball

Have Kemba guard Powell or OG
