Already two bad defensive possessions with Kanter in.  He couldn't step up on VanVleet's 3 and then fouls him on the next play.

Kanter's been good on offense so far but Toronto's offense is getting too comfortable.  Knew they couldn't shoot like hot garbage all series but need to clamp down on them now.
