It's gotta be a mix of best contenders, oldest/most likely to leave stars and how much a ring means to the franchise.

That says Lakers to me, The clear 2nd best team in the league, LeBron's getting older, AD's not very likely to leave but there are like 0 other major stars who are. They have lots of rings but another lets them tie us and they've been absolutely miserable for like 6 years so no playoff run at all is just a killer for the fanbase. Milwaukee's ahead on 2 out of the 3 criteria but not by much and the 3rd is decisively against the Lakers.
