Not sure how anyone can be upset with that half of basketball. Both teams playing good, hard, tough playoff caliber basketball. Celtics are on the road without their All-Star PG versus the team with the 2nd best record in the league and trail at the half by a basket. I am thrilled with what I have seen this far

+1.  I am starting to really believe in this team.

C’s look good. I really hate watching C’s-Lakers.  My hatred for the Lakers is irrational and just too much to bear.  It’s uncomfortable to watch. The fact that they added 2 top-5 guys in 2 years just makes me sick. An LAL inevitability, but it destroys me every time it happens.

I despise every former C who ends up contributing to the Lakers - Brian Shaw, Rick Fox, Avery Bradley, especially Rondo.  Also find watching Danny Green agonizing.  Perfect LAL bench guy.  Kind of guy who’ll have the ball squirt to him accidentally with 1 second left in game 7 and drain the 3.

This game can’t end soon enough.

The bench and its lack of scoring is what really frustrates me. I'm not expecting shots to be made every single possession, but they go on scoring droughts so often where other teams just build a lead or rally quickly

Anyone hear Breen saying that we're a bad FT shooting team? I checked and we're top 6. You can really see that these national broadcast commentators have no idea what they're talking about and are just following the narrative.

Neither one of those guys is on their game at all... it isn't hard to look up stats and have them at your desk while you call the game.
Lazy.

They tell too many stories about themselves. Really irritates me now. I like Tommy and his stories but he tells stories about all the people / players he has known over the years. These guys just tell stories about one another.

Gets tiresome after the first 10 years!

Staples center from above looks like the eye of sauron.

Or uh, maybe something else.

God I hate Marc jackson. Totally mystifies me that he still gets a gig.

He's pick up the mantle from Stuart Scott in the "Black guy who sounds like a white guy trying to talk like a black guy" category.

The Celtics starter outscoring Lakers starter.

But key to the game is the bench, and that's where the Lakers bench are killing Boston and their bench.

Man, that Lakers bench could be a starting line-up and I really wouldn't flinch: Rondo, KCP, Kuzma, Howard...Caruso. Okay, maybe not Caruso, but if they pick up Morris or if Cousins was able to come back, that wouldn't be the worst team (not particularly good either).

What they really need to do is make sure that our top 4 guy who is with the bench is the focal point. Not the Wanamaker-Smart show.

I dunno guys. I am kinda waiting for enough years to pass so that Scal will tell me and the next generation that he was the Finals MVP in 08
