Bench still not good enough.
Bench is fine for the playoffs. We have a solid 8, and that's all we need.
This! I would argue we have a solid 9: our 5-man core + Theis + Kanter + Semi + Grant.

I'm high on Semi + Grant. I love our D when they are on the court! I know Grant is just a rook, but he's a bulldog on D!
Why do people forget about Brad Wanamaker?  He's been pretty good lately.
Meh. I'd rather give his minutes to Kemba-Smart.

(I'm talking about the playoffs, not the regular season)

Only if Smatt doesnt keep getting hit around the groin area

After the last game I worried; I hope the man is still able to father children after all the hits he takes.

What in the world is Cleveland doing with Love, Thompson, Drummond and Larry Nance Jr?

Trying to prove Houston wrong?

They forget about him, because he's forgettable.

AS much as I HATE Thompson...he would be a great fit here. But I am worried he goes to Miami.

  • Sometimes there's no sane reason for optimism
Cavs Tristan Thompson is working with his agent on a deal to be bought out, I’m told.

Celtics and Heat are among teams interested.

The Celtics and Heat are among teams interested in Tristan Thompson if he gets bought out by Cleveland, per
@ScoopB

I'm not the biggest Thompson fan, but people around here would chill out if we signed him for nothing, right? Like, he is at least as good as almost all of the names that actually did get traded. And we would still have all of our firsts (to hopefully trade for future 1sts). I imagine TL would be relegated to deep bench duty, but hopefully he would be able to get healthy for next season.

The Heat already have Bam. I'm worried he goes to the Clips. I could definitely see Thompson starting for them over Zubac.

Not against Thompson, but I'm not getting my hopes up. Feels like he's going to an LA team.

If IT gets bought out, he comes back to Boston to help the green win the title.

I wouldn't be opposed to it but we'd have to figure out who to cut.  would be one of Edwards, Green or Poirier in all likelihood.  The bright spot would be he would provide scoring and ball handling off the bench but he'd have difficulties in this switching defense.  don't forget that in the playoffs with him, the other teams picked on him in the post very successfully
