Tp to you too

GWill can't guard bigs like Saric or Ayton wake up CBS this small ball is crap.
He's got to be an above average shooter to make for his lack of size. Right now he's a poor shooter. So this is starting to look like a whiff of a draft pick.

Ainge cannot draft...he has no strategy in drafting.
Huh? Some of his recent picks have been pretty strong

The misses have been awful though. There just does not appear to be a particular strategy.
I just don’t see how he has more misses than any other random GM.

What kind of strategy would you implement?

A more risky strategy especially since we have had an amazing amount of picks. I just dont think he has taken enough risks in his drafting. I am not a personnel expert but why dont we have shooting on the bench?
What kind of risks? Romeo seemed like a risky pick (high upside). Brown was a risk. Trading for Tatum was risky.

That second question however, is one that bothers me too. Surely a shooter would be more useful than VP

See I do not see Brown or Tatum as risky picks because those were the picks I thought he should make. Risky would have been picking Giannis. Danny was about the only GM that traveled to scout Giannis personally that I know of. Why couldnt he have just spent the pick on the potential. That would have been a risky pick there. The potential was there the only knock was that the 'experts' did not believe Giannis could do it in the NBA.

Is this the game that forces Danny to do something before the trade deadline? I don’t know what but this team needs a change in my opinion. The bench certainly needs to be upgraded. And I don’t think Theis is the answer either for starting center.

Maybe change the rotations.  Let Hayward come off the bench again.

Disagree

Tatum should

first game i’ve missed all season. i know brown and kemba were out but we should have been able to handle the suns at home. anyone mind giving me some insight on what happened? same slow start, anemic offense, and listless defense?

Apparently the only way this team is ever gonna be really good is if they have all of their players healthy and playing. If even one guy is out, the rest of them don't know how to overcome that.

It's sad that our 2 way player is better than most of the bench.
Yeah, let's reign in on the Waters hot take. He had a nice 1st half but looked every bit the late second round pick that he is in the second half.

Here's a thought. The effort we play with late in the 4th quarter in all these games we try to rally but come up short.... why don't we play with that effort for a full 48 minutes?? Where is it early on??  >:(

If your solution to the bench problems is a 5'9 G League guy then the bench is really bad.

We were missing two of our starters tonight, including our top scorer, and we hung in there. I'm not sure what some people were expecting. Take two all-star caliber starters away from any team in the league and they will struggle to win.

Something from another site I read today. Poster kept referring to Brad as Buttigieg. I dont know if he thinks they look alike or if it is the Hoosier State connection. Found it kinda odd.

How do you think this is sustainable for 48 min?

Especially the way Stevens like to play Tatum, Hayward, Smart big mins

What else was DA suppose to do this summer? Loses Irving and horford gets kemba. Snags Lands who's been decent. In about three and a half weeks things could change.  If DA can get a scorer like Saric and a better starting center will help alot.

Bulk of the scoring left to 3 players and the worse one had to go off to keep it with in reason.
