I don't see why would GSW or NOP do the trade. GSW probably wants a better three point shooter than Jrue (they already have Draymond and whoever they play at C being non shooters) while NOP would probably want a better return than Russell (Jrue is an All-Star calibre guard while Russell is at the fringes of being one at best) with how young they are already.
