I knew from the last game that Hayward was back.  Now, how did I know that?

This team is just so much fun to watch. A breath of fresh air compared to last year.

I also think a lot of these guys are playing so freely now that Kyrie is gone. I don't think Hayward has a night like tonight with Kyrie on the court. Kemba's just a better teammate it seems.

Time Lord is a passing savant. That bounce pass in the paint was a thing of beauty. Cs have a team built for now and the future. Great job by Ainge.

-Wanamaker sucks. He's selfish, reminds me of a very undersized Mook, except he's supposed to be our point guard out there.
I'm not a real Wanamaker fan, but I thought he was decent tonight.  Played some good D, hit a couple of shots and didn't throw the ball away like he has in other games this season.  I wish they could do a little better than him - and maybe they will if Edwards can give them some consistency but I really thought tonight was the best I've seen Wanamaker look so far this season.

The good thing, wannamker is expendable so if the rooks play their way into the rotation, it wont be much of a problem.0

I’m hoping that Evan Turner gets bought out at the deadline and replaces Wanamaker for the stretch run.

lol you could just see from the last game he was getting to his spots easily... he also finished a thunderous dunk if I recall correctly. This team is loaded.

Interesting possibility, but the Hawks have to have at least one other ball-handler on their roster.

Gordon Hayward 39/7/8? Safe to say the Utah Jazz Gordon Hayward is back?

Also, a similar start like the 2017 season? Another 16-game winning streak perhaps?

Well lets keep our fingers crossed, but you can really see from the last game to this game there is a pop to his step. He is getting to his spots and making great decisions.

Remember at the beginning of the season when folks here declared Hayward and Tatum busts and needed to trade them for whatever we can  :P

Ultimately I expect the Hawks to fade as the season progresses and for them to give Bembry and Reddish the developmental minutes as a ball handlers while Young is on the bench.  Turner gets the courtesy buyout to find a contender for the rest of the season.

I mean you have a pretty low bar for your "hopes" man. Replacing one 14th man with a 13th man. Ultimately I don't think it matters much who holds that spot, Wanamaker's spot isnt getting much play if the C's top 5 are healthy and if they arent the C's will struggle in tough games. But sure Evan Turner, why not.
