The spinning fall-away worked so well Tatum had to try it again ::)

Kemba has done a good job defensively so far this game.

The one thing that's encouraging about Tatum is, even if at times he isn't shooting well or is playing sluggish, he still seems to put up good numbers. I mean, he's on pace for probably 22+ points tonight. He's averaging 20+ for the season so far.

Star players on bad nights can still find ways to impact a game and put up good numbers. Tatum is looking like he's growing into a star. Obviously there's still some flaws, but there's also some improvement.

I feel like the defensive concerns about him may have been overblown. He was never playing alongside defenders like Smart or Brown, and he never had a defensive coach as good as Brad. His effort on both ends is always impressive

Nice move by Hayward. Thank God he's so much more confident and explosive than last year.
Recovering Joe Skeptic, but inching towards a relapse.

I don't know how much to attribute this close game to JB / Timelord and Kanter being out -vs- or we are just playing down to the competition, or just both
