The Grizzlies are trading Kyle Korver and Jevon Carter to the Suns for DeAnthony Melton, Josh Jackson 2020 second-round pick and 2021 conditional second-round pick, league sources tell ESPN.

Good thing he turned the plane around (or whatever he did to diss Danny and Brad) ;-)

LOL.  I think he essentially forced DA into an unnecessary flight.  Never trusted JJ.

do planes really turnaround like the movies? dont they have flight plans, etc?

dont quote me but I think it went down like this, DA and someone (wyc or w/e) flew to meet him and they went all the way there and he canceled the meeting.

Did anyone catch the news that Kyrie and KD are not giving discounts on their contracts to have DJ sign for $9M?
They signed russel into their cap sauce then traded him for Durant this way they went above the cap to get Durant .
Very smart of marks . I wonder if Danny could do the same thing?

Was shocked when it came out Kyrie and Durant were sacrificing possibly tens of millions just to get Jordan paid. I never thought it would come down to them doing that.

Would be big that LA management is so corrosive now, that it would make Kawhi say No...He probably cant shake the thought of legend Magic walking away from the ownership and that February deadline drama where most of the team was thrown under bus in hopes of getting Davis.

East will be tougher then last year if he returns. Rather him be a Clippers team member but apparent Doc struck out as did their management in not getting one max player this offseason.

Yeah, latest rumors suggest he is signing a 2-year deal with Toronto and will re-evaluate the Clippers and Lakers in 2 years. He reportedly preferred the Clippers but wants one other star there before joining.

It’s nice just to hear a rumor that doesn’t involve him going to LAL. As much as I’d prefer him going to the Clips, KL in Toronto — if it happens — is a good thing for the league.  That will be a great relief if it turns out to be accurate.

Basically marks and Myers are cap manipulation geniuses.
While on the other hand the lakers are ran by people with the intelligence of fifth graders and are still on the verge of getting the two best forwards and the best power forward on there team.. life is not fair lol

It'd be pretty funny watching them wrestle with just how much less than Kawhi they ought to be paying Kelly Oubre or whoever.

i was watching the knicks moves it seemed they signed about 7 players to two year contracts.    Thats not team building , thats just hiring players till the next group of stars becomes available ,  or KD and Kyrie blow up on the nets ......about two years is all i give them before they fall out
