Have to say that if Kyrie does leave, I'd like it to be the Nets. And long term might not be a bad thing for us

One of the max slots is going to be Kyrie...wonder who the second will be? Jimmy Butler?

And can they sign 2 max player plus Russell? I just do not see how Kyrie and Russell can work.

Would love for Boston to get Russell

I prefer the Lakers because it would be a the Edited.  Profanity and masked profanity are against forum rules and may result in discipline. show he deserves. Plus you keep him in a loaded conference

Hey Cap people, if Brooklyn renounces Russell's rights and he becomes a UFA would there be anything stopping us going after him if Kyrie walks?

I don't like D'Angelo Russell the person but I think his up and down 3 point gunning game would be a great fit here.

Yeah, I cant see Russell and Kyrie fitting either. Especially on defense.

Sounding like it is. I prefer to know sooner than later so Boston can plan accordingly.
I think the road is going to be Tatum, Brown, Smart and Hayward. Keep Al. Use the picks or trade for a vet.

Boston is going to be super young next year.

Yeah, being able to pay him. We could do a S&T with Irving (counts for $20.1M), Yabusele, and pick(s) for a S&T of Russell (counts for $27.5M), but that isn't going to happen.

Anyway, this blows if you're a logical Cs fan and don't want to lose a top 15 player in his prime for nothing. For the rest of you guys, I guess you'll get what you are wishing for.

Boston is going to be super young next year.

Unless Smart starts the season as a dominant PG I don’t see this team happening. One of these guys will be traded for a Center or PF.
