Adam Silver was in town for the Sloan Conference.  Had some pretty forthright thoughts about the all-star game (it sucks).  Also mused about the idea of shortening the season in favor of pre and mid season mini tournaments.  I guess they do this in European soccer leagues?  Anyone have thoughts?

Silver has become very overrated as Commissioner. Lucky for him the bar is so low with clown Goodell in NFL.

Reward players who stay with same team equity in team. This will help NBA transition into a player owned league, which is where it is headed anyway. Lebron would have never left Cleveland the first time.
