KG would be kicking some guys in the ass if they didnt come to play.

It's amazing how people choose to remember what they want to. As if a KG led Celtics team never got booed off the court for not competing, or blew big leads late, or underperformed until the playoffs.
His username says it all

What has happened to Celtics fans. There used to be a brand of basketball that the Celtics played and it seems like most fans are gushing so much over Kyrie staying, leaving that they are too scared to call him out as the leader of this rocky ship.

One thing those KG teams did was play hard. They would run this team off the floor just by intimidation and defense.

I specifically remember going to see them play a game at New Jersey in during the 07-08 championship season where they score 60+ points in the whole game and lost.

It happens.

It's funny how you'll can pick out one game or one stat and make it the norm.

This team has been up and down all season. You see people blaming Brown, Rozier, Morris, Hayward. These are all role players. This team is supposedly led by Stevens  and Kyrie. That's where the blame lies.

Horford is the leader IMO

The same way you pick out one game where Kyrie goes 9-27 and ignore games like his 18 assist effort in beating Toronto?

In what world does one player deserve as much blame/responsibility as the coach? Can you just answer me this? Because it’s a completely ridiculous notion to me. Or is it just the players you don’t like are to be held accountable?

To be fair, Markkanen is a killer player. He's scored over 20 and had over 9 rebounds each of his last 9 games, 4 of which were 30+ points. The kid is the real deal.
Best big man in the NBA under 23 years of age.

What this post made me realize as much as anything is how many elite young bigs from overseas there are. Kristaps, Jokic, KAT, Markannen and to a lesser extent guys like Embiid and Adams (as in they're older, not worse). Quite a cool wave of foreign bigs

They will have to win at least two series on the road and why not? Bux and 76'ers aren't better teams. Will admit jury is still out on Raps, but, if anyone can figure out a way to beat them? these guys can.

All ECF opponents are scared of Irving and that's just fine.

Celtics get to be the underdogs again.
