Anyone Hear Ainge on 98.5?

Hey All,

I saw on Twitter that Perk asked Ainge about joining the C's this year to end his career. Apparently Ainge said now was not a good time, but that you never know what could transpire as the season progresses.

Did anyone hear this interview? I'd be interested to know what Ainge had to say about our team 1/4 of the way into the season.

Perk would be a great practice player.  I don't see much other role for him at this stage of his career and with Brad's system.

I think Perk should get the opportunity to end his NBA career and retire a Celtic even if it's just a one day contract. 

That dude earned the city of Boston a title.  Show a little respect Danny Ainge.

That would be fun if the Jabari Bird roster spot opens up. Give Perk a 10 day and let him tell the young guys some stories then he can retire.
