as expected Ray Rice wins his appeal and has the suspension lifted.  He is free to sign with any team as the Ravens had previously cut him.

The question is, does any team sign him this year?

Gotta love the news drop on the Friday afternoon after Thanksgiving. 

I don't think anyone signs him this season.  Too much of a media circus & PR headache.  Not to mention his skills have been diminishing before this anyways.

I doubt he signs with anyone this year. But he'll definitely sign with someone during the offseason for one of those low risk contracts.

Shades of Ray Rice yesterday with the Kareem Hunt incident.  Though apparently Hunt clearly lied to the Chiefs about what happened which is why they cut him.
