Makes me almost wish I still lived in Boston - well, Brookline technically.  I lived on Beacon street.  I could have walked to that practice facility on the regular.

I used to drive by every day. I've changed jobs since and haven't driven there for a while. Didn't realize it was already done. These constructions seem quick when you don't see the progression every day.
