I like this aspect of the deal and also that we don't have to worry about Jae Crowder being a pain with the young guys or Hayward

I like the trade. Giving up the pick is the biggest issue. IT was not getting a max deal from the Cs, is older and has a bad hip. I think Crowder is nothing more than a nice 6th man with a good contract. Zizic is unknown
