Speaking of Randle, he's been solidly stuck on the pine and can't get 20 mpg even after Larry Nance Jr.  broke his hand. The Lakers have been riding Kuzma and even trying some small lineups with Ingram at PF.

He's a spaz if you watch them play. Its almost as if he is trying to be Draymond Green, without any of the basketball IQ.

Think Randle like Okafor, need a new change of scenery... He's always been a solid rebounder, and an even more impressive passer for his size... Stevens could make him turn into 15/7/3 kind of guy... Someone that could fill Sully's shoes..

Yeah man. I've watched them play a few times. He tries to be really physical and aggressive on defense, but consistently gets fouls or gets caught out of position. Offensively, he is a little better (decent passer), but it seems like the offense always slows down when he gets in. He might be alright individually, but does not play well with the team. He lacks the feel for others that makes Horford and Green great.

I think he just needs a new environment. The problem is the Lakers never really had great spacing, and now that their committed to going small ball entirely. It doesn't make sense to keep undersized Randle on their team, but I see what you're saying. I think he's a great player that just needs the right coach.

I hope we blow this Lakers team out tomorrow. But I doubt it because most Lakers games at Boston tend to be close.

That's an issue in itself. How does he fit next to? Can he be a small-ball 5? Not unless you wanna give up more points than you would score doing that. Can he be a play-making 4? That's like his best position, but the floor spacing is bad if you put him next to a big who can't shoot.

He also still struggles to finish around the rim (although his numbers this year are better so far, I expect them to regress throughout the year).

iwe ususally suck when play Lopez , who eats us alive .  And seems like it took forever for Brad to beat Lakers at Boston.

Their guys always seem to want the game more.

Tommy needs to have a man to men discussion with the team about the importance of beating the Lakers.

This game should be in te contract of each player .....a bonus for beating the Lakers

OTOH, Brad Stevens does a decent job putting the Lakers away at Staples Center. Maybe it's the crowd motivation.
