I watched 90% of trial and the defense shredded Hood as to his changed testimony multiple times,attempts of paying off witnesses,receiving a call from lawyer and coming back to interview to change it again.
The third party accused with the morris's has an alibi, a barber and his girlfriend and shopping receipts,
There were multiple e mails on how much cash Hood  would demand to multiple people and his girlfriend e mailing her friends as going to be rich.
.Hood was totally discredited ,his girlfriend and the police force.

The morris brothers had one flag -lying to police about knowing Hood-that was overcome in summation by defense bringing it to forefront and as a error in judgement on morris brothers part.
At first Hood claimed it was both morris's then changed it to Marcus after multiple interviews ,showed to be after a cash settlement of 7 million on emails ,attempts made by his mentor to bribe witnesses and a police dept that allowed all these changes and did not follow up on alibi of third defendant

In my view this is enough  to receive a not guilty plea.And at worst a hung jury

Yeah, i think Markieff and the third defendant get acquitted quickly. Marcus is the question mark, but the jury can't think highly of the credibility of Hood and his girlfriend right now.

I think his original testimony that both brothers were there then subsequently changed to fit the events along with two defendants pleading guilty saying they did the beating-is enough to get marcus off-
i think the defense muddied his ability to see as he covered up which was backed by claiming two brothers were there.He needed the brother there to get paid as the others were peons-the jury will see Hood for the money grubbing leach he is--the shadow of doubt seems  seems to be well in play
