More specifically at the Border Cafe in Cambridge.  I saw a picture myself from a friend of a friend.  I'm not one to make things up lol so take that for what it's worth.  He may have been just visiting but the timing after the Irving trade with roster spots open is a little peculiar.  It will be interesting to see if there are any reports he is visiting with the Celtics.

Border Cafe is a solid choice. Better than Chipotle! ;)

I'm sure it's nothing, but I'd love to see Bosh be able to resume his career.

This is exactly the type of signing I'd love to see them make. Slowly bring him back midseason and allow him to work back at whatever pace on limited minutes.

Obviously, we are all super sensitive to heart related issues so we need to be very sure his life is not in jeopardy as he has a family.

But man would I be pumped with this type of signing. If we could have room for 2 players with our 2 way contracts, Bosh + Thomas Robinson and call it an offseason. One brings outside shooting and post/pick and pop while the other brings paint protection.

Stop it.  The doctors say he can't play any more.

Man, I miss the days of living like 2 miles from Border Cafe.

Amazing fajitas & jambalaya.

Given his diagnosis, I am desperately hoping the Celtics don't sign him. If you lived through the Reggie Lewis tragedy, you'll understand what I mean.

Third that.  I would not want to contribute to this man's death.

He will be 34 this year and hasn't played in like a year and a half. That would be like a Disney movie if he came in and played significant moments. It is easy to get excited about the idea, but if you think about it a bit more with the facts hard to imagine it is worth the risk.

Ok so the treatment for persistent blood clots is to just fill your bloodstream with blood thinners.  Most of the blood thinners that you use to treat it and likely the ones that Bosh used have essentially permanent long term repercussions, so his blood is always going to be much, much thinner than a normal person's.  If he gets a cut on the court he could literally bleed out and if he got a concussion he could die.  Xarelto is fine for someone who isn't a professional athlete and is otherwise debilitated by blood clots, but this is a REALLY BAD IDEA PLEASE STOP

  • Sometimes there's no sane reason for optimism
I mean, I would have loved to have Bosh back in the day and, if healthy, I believe he could still offer decent production on the court, but geez, if I were him, I would pick anywhere but Boston  (Lewis, Bias, J. Green).
