Kyrie's Grin said it all

 It was the timing of the grin that spoke volumes. From the press conference. "When you have a collection of individuals that have one mission and one goal and collectively getting better each day"

 The grin told me that LeBron was not that individual and he's happy to finally be in a team with a plan, with a certain future, of unselfish teammates and a future Hall of Fame coach leading the way.

I don't like LBJ but he doesn't come off as a bad guy outside of ball (what he shows anyway) but he does act like it's his way or no way when it comes to the game and that can be hella annoying. He wins a lot so you really can't stop that giant ego, I guess you have to accept it or move on like Kyrie did.
